10 Turkey Neck Exercises
Do neck exercises really work? The exercises will only be of any help if you are constant and practice them every day. It is important to have a routine and stick with it. Don't forget to give your neck the care and attention that this delicate part of the body needs. Tighten and strengthen your neck muscles with the following exercises:
1 - Form an “O” with your mouth and pull down the sides of your mouth until you feel the muscles underneath your neck working. Do it in short, fast movements. Repeat twenty times, three times in a row. Ideal for strengthening the neck, for a double chin and to diminish wrinkles.
2 - Place your right hand over the neck and pull down the skin with the hand. Now, tilt your head backwards until you feel that the neck is tight and then return to the original position. Repeat twenty times, three times in a row.
3 - Place your right hand over the neck. Pull down the skin and move your head slowly to the right, and then to the left. Repeat twenty times, three times in a row.
4 - Lie down on your back. Raise your head and neck and in this position move your head right and left. Repeat twenty times, three times in a row.
5 - With your mouth open, try to pronounce the vowels, from ”A” to “U” without closing your mouth at any moment. Repeat ten times, three times in a row. This exercise is also beneficial for a double chin.6 - This simple neck exercise is effective for both neck and chin. Press the tip of the tongue against the palate for a few seconds and release. Perform several times during the day.

10 - Make circles with your shoulders. First with the right side shoulder, then with the left side shoulder and finally with both sides at the same time. Repeat ten times, several times per day. Effective for the neck and shoulders
