The human body is made up of muscles that can suffer from pain due to various types of reasons. Muscle pain can take place in any location of the body. 1. Ginger:
Ginger has lots of anti inflammatory properties, which will help to avoid the inflammation caused due to muscle pain. Ginger will also help in proper circulation of blood in the body, thus removing the occurrence of muscle pain. Take some grated form of ginger and wrap it with a clean cloth. Dip it inside hot water and keep it for some time. Apply the same on the affected area.

3. Epsom Salts:
A cup or two Epsom salt is dissolved in a warm tub of water. It can wander for aching muscles. You have to use warm water, but not hot water. The warm water will dry out your skin less than hot water. Soak for 15 minutes in warm water until the water has cooled. Repeat it three times per week. Epsom salt can be used that is made up of magnesium sulfate. Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxant, and that helps to pull excess fluids out of the tissues, reducing swelling.
4. Turmeric:
The turmeric has anti-inflammatory agent and is an herb. Mix one teaspoon of turmeric powder in a cup of milk and heat them at low flame. Drink this milk twice a day that helps to heel internal healing. Alternatively, make a poultice by making equal amount of fresh grated turmeric with lemon juice and salt. Apply it over aching muscles. Leave it for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water. Repeat it twice a day until the pain is gone.
5. Cold Compress:
Cold compress is going to help in reducing inflammation as well as pain from the affected area. It will provide numbing effect to the muscle pain and thus the intensity of pain will be reduced. Take some ice cubes and wrap it with a cloth. Apply it directly on the affected area. Repeat this process to get rid of muscle pain and its associated symptoms.
6. Cayenne Pepper:
A teaspoon of cayenne shaken in 2 ounces of olive oil can be used as an ointment and rubbed directly into sore muscles. Cayenne contains capsaicin which eventually inhibits secretion of the neurotransmitter Substance P, that transmits pain to the brain, lessening muscle soreness, sprains and cramps.
7. Garlic:
Garlic contains anti inflammatory behaviour and this nature of garlic is very useful in reducing the problem of inflammation in muscles. It is advisable that you apply garlic oil on the affected body areas to get rid of the pain very effectively.
